That's really odd, I would guess it's a bug with the "max price change" and "max volume to outbid".

Bot cannot calculate profit or can calculate but profit is negative. If you compare sell and buy prices in entire region you will have negative profit more frequently then if you compare prices in particular station. Make selection to compare prices in station, this is more important for trade then regional comparison. In fact regional comparison was introduced for null sec, where it is necessary to have best prices in region to sell goods faster.

One tip you can use to enable filter by profit is to install and buy and sell orders at the same station.

Then should I set travel mode and repeat the orders in multiple stations?

You dont need to travel to station to calculate profit based on in-station order comparison. There are selections in trader settings: "station sell/buy orders only".

So should I have a complete set of buy and sell orders at each of the stations. ie. 10 buy and 10 sell orders at station #1, then another 10 buy and sell orders in station #2, etc. Spread out among different solar systems?

Or is it better to just park at a single station?
