correct, i believe this is the issue. would you like a log to verify? No, but if you want to help me please set default mouse speed in Shared Settings->Custom Delays to 25 and Delay duration tweak to normal (center). Need to make sure this is not just mouse misclick due to not optimal mouse speed.

done as requested and same thing happens with screen dragged down and neocom error.
