TOPIC: Eve Pilot now moving very slowly

Eve Pilot now moving very slowly 15 Years, 2 Months ago Karma: 1
Hi,
After installing the patch for eve pilot, I am able to run the program without errors, but it now moves VERY slowly. I tried adjusting the custom delays with no results. Is this from the new patch to the eve client or something else? I have a decently fast computer and had no trouble with Eve Pilot before the new patch.
Thanks,

Need to look into logs and detect what is most time consuming task. Restart your comp if you had not restarted it for a long time. Increase DTHP thread delay till 10 sec, this way your bot will check eve less frequently for DT and HP lvls, but this might help to increase speed of a bot. Look into processes and find if your CPU is loaded by 100% and what is most CPU eating process.

I got it straightened out. The problem was that I had deleted the times for downtime in eve pilot settings. This gave me no trouble before but after the patch, as eve pilot booted i got an error message about bad formatting for downtime. It seems that this caused the slowness while the program did DTHP checks. After changing the time to soemthing reasonable, it works just fine.
