bot start -> back to station -> ... -> undock station -> stop ship -> auto exit

First of all check if you use latest version of evepilot in about box. Atm latest version is 10.8.40
Redo first run with latest version. If problem will stay, record log file as per link in my signature. It looks like you have a problem with station bookmark. I will reply for sure if I see info from the log.
