Corresponding to log bot finished fight by timeout:

19:30:59 (3060) Fight timeout. Start: 2352, Max: 700, Final Time: 3052, avoiding anomaly ...

700 seconds is just 11.6 minutes, if you spend time for approaching to NPC, bot will not finish fight in time.
