This is just a small change for abyssbot, sometimes due to network fluctuations and other reasons my account will inevitably disconnect, abyssbot will reconnect back to the game very quickly, but when it comes back to the game the bot will by default select the general tab in the overview window, while the actual abyss NPCs are shown in tab "3 ", which causes the abyssbot to keep looking for objects in the general tab (there aren't any space stations or stargates in abyssal space), wasting time and eventually ending up losing the ship at the end of the 20 minute time limit. Could you guys modify it so that when reconnecting to the game the abyssbot automatically adjusts to tab 3 to find the abyssal NPCs and thus continue the fight? Thanks a lot!

When eve is started by bot, overview preset defined by first run procedure. If you updated settings manually, e.g. have set font size, make sure NPCs preset is selected in overview before you close game and save new settings.

If you redo first run, make sure you do it for abyss bot.

I've attached a screenshot of my overview window, I haven't changed any settings since my first run, except one day I realized that my game disconnected and reconnected and the overview switched to "general" and there weren't any npc ships in the general tab, and I ended up having to manually switch the overview to "3" in order for the bot to find the npc and get back into the fight, do you mean that restarting the game doesn't cause the overview tab to switch?

To not redo first run start eve using bot with continue button, undock, switch to NPC preset, dock and save your settings in profile manually. Open this window and click Copy Settings Locally.



Not sure why overview settings were reset. I can add checks and corrections in the next version.
