Every single time.... they have 2 neuts and 2 web on you, while the BS hits you 1000+ every 5 sec.
Your gila starts with the neutralizer ships, however your cap already under 50% while the AB and the invu multif4kinspectrum thing spinning on med slots.
Meanwhile the .... drifter BS' distance still increasing ... 46km.... 48km ....
and I'm watching the monitor like:

(the worst moment was 0.0 cap, 7% shield when the BS blow... so far) this game develops my stress tolerance skills.

I don't like gila and prefer worm or hawk. They are cheaper, you can refund your fit in less then a day and T1 with 3x bonus is easier to run. About your problem, you need to install drone tank for this respawn. When drones are launched before any movement of your ship, NPC aggro drones and you have time to kill them without web on you while you approach BS.
