Client 1 has no guns/launchers in settings and no combat drones. How to kill NPCs then?

What am I doing wrong here?

I get the message after I ran the first run and say continue .

I placed the Lic file in the folder and removed the temp lic file.

I have a full subscription ?

You must fit or guns or combat drones or both.
