The proggramme sometimes does not run at all. It will start the game but just sit at the log on screen then return to desktop

Then there sometimes when i leave it over night it only mines for a few hours then exits the game. I have set the belt time to 999999 unlimited

Then it wont load two charachters on two different accounts at the same time. It logs onto both but will exit the first one and mine only the second one.

I have had this programme for a week and not got much use from it

Any help?

to mine with 2 accounts you need to buy 2 licences and register them to your computer. i myself mine and i have never put time in belt on 999999 and yet i can leave it on without it closing down. try do a fresh reinstall bot and see if that helps.

Do you use 6.4.7 version? Did you check system requirements? Windows 8 system is not officially supported (but a few people managed to use it). Use fail safe settings: set windows theme as windows classic and 1024*768 desktop resolution. Remove all widgets or gadgets from your desktop, only shortcuts allowed. If this will not help, try to record log (see link in my signature). I cannot help a lot if I dont see log. Btw it is also good idea to look for log message. Usually error appears in the block before errorhandler, so if you search for a text "ErrorHandler(" you will locate problem in the log faster.
If you see that client sleeps (Sleep in the log) check if your belts have atseroids and that max number of bookmsrks set > 2.
