Usual user error is if you define ammo to load like 3000 and minimal volume like 100 cubic meters. 3000 ammo has less volume then 100 and bot thinks that ammo is not enough in inventory to continue process. Check your settings and put extra attention on what is minimal volume to return to base to reload ammo.
