1. Hunt bot forces refit even if current ship is correct fitting. As example; I end the bot one day, return to it the next, and restart with the same ship. It tries to buy all new equipment, ignoring current ship, not even checking. Similarly, it ignores that insurance was already placed on the ship it was trying to refit. Happens with Factional Warfare bot and Abyss Hunter, maybe more. Yes, I tried a new first run, and it still happened.

2. This next problem is specifically with abyss hunter. I worked around the previous problem, by stripping fitting so it would have something to put back on. As soon as it left the station, it closed the game for some reason. This was right after another attempt at first run.

Log file describe error when you did not add bookmarks.

Skip refit is ignored if you defined wrong cargohold volume in settings. Cargohold volume is last protection measure before bot will try to use e.g. freighter instead of a correct ship. Skip refit does not mean you may skip correct fit definition in settings. Bot will search for modules fitted from the fitting table and will not work properly if your fit is not tuned.

Fw and abyss hunter use different refit procedures. FW uses old procedure.

Where do I set the bookmarks and what do I call them? I see in the "help" that there should be 2; one in the destination system where the abyss hunting is taking place and one in the system where things are bought/sold, but not whether it should be in a station, what the name of the bookmark should be, etc.

If you have one bookmark in a system it is always top green bookmark. Name it acordingly if you have another green bookmarks as bot is sorting bookmarks by name then by distance (jumps) during first run. When you need two bookmarks, made station bookmark to be to and mission bookmark to be second also when bookmarks are sorted by name.
