I just got this bot and thought that I was able to use belt marker to mark a few systems and have looter fly my noctis to these belts at these different systems looking for wrecks. The bot currently just cycles through current system's personal bookmarks and when it does find wrecks the bot will not salvage them. I have the traveler enabled with instructions to start at beginning with dt/start. I have the stats for my tractors/targets set correctly with the symmetric mode checked. Bot sees the yellow wrecks from the belt but will not salvage them. What am I doing wrong?

You cannot salvage yellow wrecks w/o looting them first. You can enable looting yellow wrecks in settings.
