The tractor units group wrecks together and it holds the loot. The looting toon then only needs 8 salvagers to go faster, but looting from the tractor unit is what I think may need to be added?

If the code is added, then CCP's tractor units make jetcan mining so much easier

I use the MTU it tractor all the cans to one place away from the miners. Use the looter to go back and forth and pick up cans. I just have to remember on last run to empty MTU by hand and then pick it up.
