how fast can looter bot detect and loot player wrecks? can it be tweaked to loot as fast as possible even with manual assistance? btw the bot will be stationary and on docking range.

Try it. I developed simmetric mode to work with groups of wrecks at once. You will need to fit equal number of tractors and salvagers. Looter does not loot wrecks very fast, but fast enough to be able to loot wrecks for one raven in anomalies with BS-sized NPCs.
