Can I use the courier bot to do contracts from other players or crops? I cant find the option in the pilot...

You could conceivably use the deliverer bot. This would take A LOT of manual set up for each run.
i.e.
1. Accept all contracts to run.
2. Bookmark contract 1 pickup station
3. Bookmark contract 1 drop off station
4. BM contract 2 PU station
5. BM contract 2 DO station
... repeat for contract 3
... repeat for contract 4
Set bot up to ... oh well by now you should get the idea. Not worth the human time investment.
Essentially the courier bot is for npc distrobution mission running. The Deliverer bot is to pick up 1 thing or several things or all things and drop them off at other stations. Usually for moving operations from base to base, or hauling goods to market hubs for resale.
