Hello,
Is it ok if I close the bot in the middle of a courrier mission?
Will the bot take it from there after restart or do I have to finish this particular mission manually?

The bot has a queue of missions and their progress in its caсhe. It will continue the mission after next start.
I am not sure how the bot continues the mission if you manually change the location of your ship. I try not to do this. If I have to go somewhere manually I usually return my ship to the same place and continue botting.
If I am mistaken Slav2 will correct me.
