I've been using the courier bot every other day for the past two weeks or so and I'm wondering how long it normally takes to have high enough standings to access level 3 agents? Thanks!

Depends on so many things. With connections 4, it takes only a L1 mission to go from 0 to 1.6, going to 3.0 takes longer. You can check your status in EP or check the payments you receive in your cash journal to see how many missions per hour you have been running. I expect you to get from 0.01 to 0.10 standings increase per hour, so somewhere between 14 hours and 140 hours.

If it is going slow, there are so many things you can do to speed it up. A different home base, ignore the corp and just go for quick faction increase to be able to use L3 agents. The desired standings are part of the eve api so you can use a spreadsheet to track them.

I know I can see what faction standings are in EveHQ, but is there any way of actually tracking changes? Like keeping a history of all increases/decreases in standings without having to export to spreadsheets on a daily basis? :-/ Haven't found an app that can do that, but seems useful enough feature that one should exist?

open you char info in eve, go to the @Standings@. Double click on the frac what are you interested and you will see how much stan you receive for every mission what you a did and every time.
