hey gents i was just wondering whats the isk per hour with the courier mission bot or are most of you guys doing it for the standings gain?

ISK/hour is really hard to figure. Mine is completing one mission every 4 minutes in some places. i am after standing increases so I am working mostly low level agents and get only 1-2M per hour including the time bonuses, plus a lot junk that is dropped, some which is quite valuable, and a bunch of Loyalty Points that you can trade in for more valuable stuff.

Most everyday, I manually run the storyline missions, getting about 1 per hour. For the storyline missions I use a hauler carrying a small amount of ore to make quick delivers on the Trade missions, a battlecruiser for the encounters, and a cloaked ship for the low sec missions. One of the storyline missions paid me 7M for a 2 jump courier which really bumped my average up. If you limit yourself to level 4 missions, the mission rate drops and I believe the earnings per hour rate also drops.

The increase in standings mean i now have better research agents, more datacores per month, lower broker fees and refining is almost free. The selection of your home base location is critical and the other settings and options have a profound impact on how well the courier works for me. Once you find a good spot and good settings, you would like to stay there but as time goes by, you can access better agents and the old agents you use the most do not increase so much in standing.

I do a search for all agents of the company i wish to work and make bookmarks of them all so that I can either get into a cluster of agents or better yet a cluster of storyline agents. Set the Min number a bit hi, like 10 or 20 then press Path button and see how many agents are within 1 or 2 jumps or however many are with the company you chose and then drop the Min back down to a lower number so that those couriers get worked the most.

Working in border systems does not do very well, you do not get the same missions per hour completed.

I now have a list of some of my favorite places and the best settings so that all my characters can take turns working the best spots.
