Is there any way you can do these two things?

1. Sort all NPC so the smallest ships are killed by my drones first.
eg: Frigates first, then cruisers then battleships. The reason being, I mine in 0.0 and out here I can tank 3 x BS and 3 x Frigates or Cruisers well enough, however the idea is always to kill off some of the dps so that the tank has some "breathing room". Medium drones take longer than the mining cycle to kill a single BS rat.

2. Can miner continue to check cargo even in fight mode because right now, EP tries to kill 3 battleship rats taking more than 20 minutes to kill just one, and of course cargo is full.

3. Can you separate the PC avoidance and NPC avoidance.

EG: I would like to avoid belts that have BS rats, but I am happy to mine in a belt where there is anything less than a BS.

The way it works now, I want to avoid all combat type PC ships but if I do this, then I also avoid every NPC ship too. Unfortunately this wastes a lot of time because EP keeps searching for a belt with no one in it, and in a system with only 10 belts... it becomes very wasteful.
