Local monitoring change for all bots? 3 Years, 10 Months ago Karma: 4
If bot cannot see self in local (only player without icon) can it read local as unsafe? That would cut down on a lot of the recent issues with bots being caught when local breaks. Or maybe if bot cannot see anyone in local then system is unsafe?

Bot calculates max number of players visible in local and if max number is reached, local state became undefined. Normally bot will ewo, besides if you disable it in settings.

Right but when local chat breaks in game and does not show anyone in local (including bot character) lot of the nullsec bots get caught and die. The easiest fix is making bot EWO if there isnt at least one character in local (has to always be at least one since bot character is in local).
