Slav, I only know of one EP module that checks whether it is time for the bot to log off or go idle, AFKLogOffTimers. However, the problem is that it closes Eve if it is time and that means that we can't route the bot back home to LogOff.
Hopefully, this would be easy for you to do?
AFKLogOffCheck
Results of module:
0 - Error
1 - AFK time
2 - LogOff time
3 - Not time to go AFK or Log Off
