I don't know if it's possible, but it would be cool if the programm would also switch mining crystals and you could define a priority for asteriods to mine, at least the general types like veldspar, scordite and so on. Doesn't have to get into details like condensed veldspar and such.

Is there a functionality like this already, or does anyone has experience in using T2 strip miners? Do you always stick to only one kind of asteroid?

Bot will not change crystal. It will prioritize the most valuable asteroids in rang. but will mining just one time (using t2 crystals). It can refit the crystals in station, just leave in the cargo bay in the station the same crystal you selected in the menu and use the option refit crystals.

I don't know how you guys handle it but I have the feeling that certain asteroid (at least in high-sec) are quite rare. I personally would like the programm to first harvest those asteroids and then switch crystals to get to the less interessting ones.

Do you use always T1 strips to harvest everything or do you focus on one kind and if they're gone you wait till the next day?

Switching not supported. Just use T2 crystals in systems with many belts, or T1 strips.
