Would be a nice feature if when EP unpaused, it would check a few the configuration settings and see if anything changed, adjusting accordingly.
For example, say you accidentally set module 3 instead of module 1 as an active module, could just pause, change it in the settings, and unpause, rather than exiting eve and ep, then restarting ep again for the changes to take affect.

Idea is good, but not easy to realize. There are a lot of variables. Need to write a function to erase in-memory copy of each variable to force bot to read new value from settings file.
