So you people are wanting to be able to haul minerals with a ship that has a mineral hold, that's it?

Fortunately there are 3 character slots per account... And Eve Pilot (EP) supports multiple clients. This has been possible for as long as I've been around. (Pretty sure this works, as I've never bothered with refining. But I think Slav2 has said it should work.)

EP Client1: Set Character1 in ship with Ore bay to be your can looter and ore hauler.
EP Client2: Set Character2 in ship with Mineral bay to be your mineral hauler. (Make sure that "Use Ore Hold" is checked in the configuration. Then when doing first run, wait until it finishes the part where it sets hotkeys, then pause the bot. (This could be after it logs back into Eve or it just exits hotkeys menus.) Go back into the menu and clear the hotkey for the Ore Hold and put the same hotkey into the Mineral Hold hotkey. Let it finish the First Run. (If the bot opens the mineral hold and puts it at the top then it should work fine.) )

Set EP Client2's timer so that it functions during EP Client1's downtime.
