Guys, i dont think 0.0 mining is possible. Even if you have no one in local, e.g. For a -0,7 System you have rat fleets of 5-6 ships, often with 3 Battleships and/or missile kiting rats.

How do you intend to survive with your Machinaw and its 5 Hammerheads ? Even considering you are heavy tanked ?
