This is not requesting one, but moreso a suggestion on the actual hotkeys themselves.
to differentiate the miners all botting at once, couldn't you use a hotkey comby like:
Ctrl+1+D to say Dock Mining client 1
CTRL+3+D to dock mining client 3
CTRL+2+HOME to dock and log off client 2

etc...
?

(i have to say, i have 1 client working 23/7 no hassles... quite like the stability)

I was thinking today how to switch algorithm for client on fly. What you are asking is similar to start "docking - waiting" algorithm for client X. If one command in algorithm will switch algorithm itself (like alt tab is switching windows), we can use the same hotkey to make different things depending on how many times we pressed hotkey and what is active algorithm in the cycle. If you need docking, you add docking algorithm as secondary algorithm to the client and switch to it with hotkey.

I noticed ctrl+P doesn't pause the miner anymore (at least not by default), and we have to click on the tray icon and click pause/unpause. Any way you could add the ctrl+P pause shortcut back in?

Control+p doent work if you have another application which took this hotkey already. I use the version of the code which doesnt install already taken hotkey. Autohotkey can do this, although.
