Лучше всего создавать виртуалки с помощью VMSetup. Он устанавливает все программы и dll-ки для запуска евы и бота, а также меняет название компа и виртуальной видеокарты, убирает скринсейвер, меняет тему рабочего стола на упрощеную и т.п. 10-ток виртуалок за пару часов создаются без особого напряга.
