If not seems to get stuck (mouse going from centre to screen corner with nothing happening) pause the bot (ctrl-p) right click on every menu window visible and select "disable light background" then unpause bot (ctrl-p)
This was done after bot failed first run once... I paused straight after fail before it started again. This allowed me to run the bot as normal.

If you redo first run with 10.4.0 version bot should disable transparency of windows automatically. In case of a problem with market pause bot when market is opened, drag it to the left or right and unpause bot. I am making corrections now.
Bot will not work in citadels while CCP fix broken hotkeys to open item hangar and ship hangar. NPC stations may be used although. DO first run in NPCstation. Also if you have problem try to tick in shared settings->error corrections->disable exterior view.
