Unfortunately, it doesn't seem like the tiny Windows 7 ISO works? Is there an update?

I can get it installed, running, but Eve doesn't run on it. I receive an error: "The program can't start because api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll is missing from your computer"

Googling the error shows that most people fix it by installing a new Visual Studio runtime, but that doesn't work with this version of the OS. There are other issues as well with .NET.

Thoughts?
