If the launcher isn't starting up, or is just displaying a white (or black) window, try setting an environment variable called QT_OPENGL, either to 'desktop' or 'angle'.

VMWare Tools are installed and i also tried to enter the 'QT_OPENGL' before. Nothing works. I can see the launcher and i can log in. But the game window stays white and is not responding to task manager.
Which VMWare Version are you using? I am using VMWare Version 12, but tried it with Version 7 before as well.

been using 7 most time and now trying 12 since im dealing with other problems such as black screen on console sometimes
but so far working

White/Black launcher may be solved with windows XP compatibility mode (a tab in launcher properties).

Thanks so far for all your help. But i even tried that before. And my launcher is working great, the game wont start. i will try to provide some logs from eve launcher next days. Hope that will help.
