My connection is ok! My others chars are online...

And this mensagem coming all the time... Some times in the beginning, sometimes when may of my chars are online...

server is not online or reachable, starting EVE Countdown: 10 minutes remaining...

How can I resolve this problem? It is make me lose a lot of isk in the past 2 days...

Are you living in a VM? Have a VPN or Proxy? Do you have the launcher disabled? Try launching on your own manually, and getting into game.

Need more details on the environment to determine the cause.

I don't use VM, my launcher is able and I did't notice anything in front of it. I check if my internet was with some problem but anything was wrong.

I was doing my launching manually as you suggested and now it simple stopped to hempen...

Anything changes, I reboot several times to see if it was the problem, but at that time not happened...

Lets see if it happens again...
