Activated my serial and now it won't undock and just keeps typing the number 5 in local. Also, I noticed that even in the trial version it would not launch my drones.

This looks like a problem with basic ingame settings. You need to redo first run and check that bot properly set open people and places hotkey (default pnp hotkey is control + 5), windows are not transparent and have 0, 0, 0, 255 color scheme for both windows and text.
Check that you dont run any keyloggers (puntoswitcher, input director etc.). Point out if you run bot in VMWare.

Been working for a few days now but it still won't deploy drones. I can get it to activate a booster at a certain % of shield but I still want the drones to launch and kill rats.

Did you define the number of drones > 0 in fighter settings? Also you may need to switch to active tank mode as more reliable way to detect damage. If everything seems correct, I will ask you to record log files (both general log and client's log required).
