Just picked up a new EVETrader license, ran the first-time waizard, got the code, locked it, when i hit 'send' button on the site i get the error "License creation failed."
I have a lifetime EVEMiner license which I was able to successfully send to my email.

Try resending licenses. It should work on 1-2-3 attempt, may be wait a few minutes between tries. I have filed petition to support of the hosting account and we will look how to fix the problem.
These problems started to appear after server migration to new hardware and initiated by hosting provider.

Do I need to re-run the first time wizard or reuse the same code? The code i had locked in yesterday was deleted and I tried to use the same code again and I am still getting error messages.
