Hello,
I didn't received my purchase as 48256 order number. And your mail server 217.69.139.150 refuse SMTP request from Protonmail.

Can you fix those issues please ?

You don't need e-mail to download license file. Click SEND button and download link will be shown. The only difference is if you have downloaded license in the past, you may need to clear brower's cache to download new file. Protonmail is blocked in Russia, may be related to your problem.

It's solved. I had issue with first run.

Is the bot conceived to only run in low windowed resolution ?

Yes, image full screen search takes time. If resolution is low, bot works faster. If you want to run account manually with higher resolution, create new profile in eve launcher and switch to it when you play manually. Switch back to profile with name "default" when you run bot.
