Also try to not stick with agents of 1st level for a long time. Remember, you need just one storyline mission (which is available after 16 of regular missions) and connection levelled till 3 to run 2nd level agents of all corporations is a faction. First level agents offer missions in the same constellation and, sometimes, in the same system! only. Staying in the same system and running missions is a red flag to CCP.

The less info you share between your vmware-s the better. You may change account login and computer name, version of the OS (at lest dont clone machines, install from scratch), customize some settings in first run wizard to not look like a clone.
