Another tip if you have only one computer for botting and want to play with main account. I believe it is possible to separate main account and bot if you install two OSes on the same machine and load one or another windows from different logical drives with different PC/account name and custom MAC address. Additionally you can use VPN to hide real IP address. VMWare is good for separation too, but virtual machine is clear sign that account is botter. All resent banned accounts have one similarity, all of them was using VMWare.

most bans come from player support, if a player challenges you and you don't respond well...A lot of legit miners get accused also. The only thing is CCP will investigate if you exhibit bot behavior. try randomizing hours and system and like you said chat and do other stuff also. ive found using a paid account seems to keep you pretty safe for some reason, the moment you piss off other miners and get multiple complaints you'll know.

I think if you will mine in missions with asteroids nobody will notice/report you. Especially if you install POS and unload ore to POS. Courier bot may do storyline encounter missions with a lot of veldspar/scordite.
