Try latest vmware workstation version first. You may need to update vmware tools from this version for existing VMs.

Yeah I am already. (running latest vmware) FYI gave up on vbox, not familiar enough with it to muck around. Got vmware working fine with 4 vcpus, 12GB ram (host has 20 cores and 32GB Ram) with host and guest both running win11 25h2.
also RTX4060 ti vid card, assigned 4gb vid ram to VM (was on 8 by default)

The exact same computer hardware is found to flash and crash every time it arrives at Jita, possibly due to too many Jita people and ship models causing crashes. Is there any solution?

Solution is to install ESXi 6.5 U3 and run VMs here. I wrote a manual how to do this to have an idea.

Important note, you cannot install windows and ESXi side by side. They use different filesystem.

the bot on vm keeps blink the screen, and sometimes some icons from UI dissapear like the jump to buttom them i breaks, but if i restart bot it works for some time. how can i fix the blinking problem ?
