I'd like to use the bot to take a ship to a specified station, to stop there so I can load it up, and select a different system and then let it go to a different system. I have a lifetime courier license, is that able to do this? Or do I need deliverer/collector?

If you manually move ship from one system to another you can use free autopilot. Start eve with bot (to have standard overview settings). Pause bot. In menu->tools->Test Stand click lock button, then autopilot
