what hardware do I need to change after a ban?
I've read that you can change the hard drive and be ok, but doesn't CCP also look at other hardware IDs like cpu, gpu, wifi adapter, etc?

Internet service provider? Nope this is not necessary. I think if you change MAC, install eve to different drive (not partition), change computer name it is OK.
