Macrolab BOT runs only on OS Windows 7, because higher OS's takes more Video Ram, which means, Vmware can't support games on higher OS?
I was using 3 cores of procesor, 4gb ram, 1gb video ram, and runing on windows 10, (also vmware tools installed), everything fast until i launched eve, i got all messed up - video, control, stoped working, and bot crashing.!

Enable directx9 in eve launcher settings or use vmworkstation 7.1

Didn't work, with Vmware 7.1 EVE client couldn't even launch, and DirectX9 couldn't help.
Main issue: Screen Freezes after couple seconds, when it was everything fine.
I'm now using Widnows 7, can't add more than 1 core, than 1 gb ram or can, but bot isn't stable, a lot laging,
Courier BOT was runing good with that kind setup 1core-1gb ram, stable, But not HUNT Bot,
I have 5 active modules on ship, i think it takes way too much memory, that's why lagging.. But that not solving anything, by removing it.

Why Cores making Freez Screen?
MY CPU AMD FX 6300 6cores
is my processor not supported for making mores cores in vmware?
p.s. adding ram is stable, but what's the point of that, if slow anything else
