To get license, please:

1) Check that your personal information is correct. Login to the site and follow account maintenance page. Please check your e-mail for typo errors, save changes.

2) Install program. Check your system requirement:

o Windows XP SP3
o Windows Server 2003 SP2
o Windows Vista SP1 or later
o Windows Server 2008 (not supported on Server Core Role)
o Windows 7
o Windows Server 2008 R2 (not supported on Server Core Role)

.Net Framework 3.5 or 4.0. If you install .Net 4.0 you will need to completely uninstall 2.0-3.5 versions. If you dont know how to do this select 3.5
For .Net Framework installation you also need windows installer 3.1

3) Follow steps described in our online manual - activation full version mode or watch video tutorials. Video tutorials a bit outdated.

Simplified instruction:

we do not send licenses by mail,
you get them from the site to your mail in attachment.
Site generates blank licenses with ####-####-#### as serial.
Program generates serial for particular character (during first run for this character).
You should take serial generated by eve pilot and put it instead of ####

Note: You must use capital letters in your serial if any letters present. Also do not confuse "B" and "8". If you generated license with wrong serial client will work less then hour.

Save (this will bind license to the char) and send.
You will receive mail with attachment - somename.license
Place this file to eve pilot's directory. You can open eve pilot's directory via menu->open program folder.
