Changes:
EVEMiner algorithm was renamed to EVEMinerOld
EVEMinerDebug was renamed to EVEMiner with modufications:
-statistics switched off
-unload ore by types was changed to unload all ore
-stack all items in hangar added as a stand alone function after unload
Version was focused to solve bugs:
- NITFinancial strange bug, added additional check that eve window has handle and increaser initial wait period till 5 sec.
- Width of columns in overview are calculated in real time now. Should remove bug with overview scan module errors
- Generation of serial number was shifted to first run sequence. Now Register license->generate serial asks to start first run. Should remove bugs with generation of serial numbers when EVE Miner freezed on start and did not respond.
