Added NPC trigger detection to hunter. Triggers detected if you use drones only. Also you can add triggers manually and lock trigger NPC table from modification

Added possibility to fight with scrambling NPCs or PC if bot fails to warp out to station. This function is not tested properly! Please report about problems with logs

BugFix: Fixed a problem with eve start by launcher
