Enhancements

[Miner] Added blood raiders punishers to dangerous NPCs. These NPCs (5x) appear when you mine in a system with forward base.
Use avoid "dangerous NPCs" mode and add several systems to traveling route, so bot can switch system.

BugFix:
Fixed problem with inventory after recent eve patch
