If you had first run finished before patch and use alfa account:

1) start eve client with bot till game loaded
2) pause bot (Control + P) and restart it
3) in game client switch to theme settings and set photon theme, close eve.
4) in bot select client you want to modify (client1), open tools -> eve setting operations -> copy settings locally button

Now you can continue and report about problems.

If have no first run (deleted old settings or never did) wait for bot update. ETA is 2-3 days most likely.
