[FW]Bot will jump to warpgate from 89km

BugFix:

[AT] Fixed a bug introduced in 1.5.0 version when I tried to avoid small order installations. Bot started to install above average orders only. Now bottom limit is 1/3 of average but not less then 20mil per order
