Enhancements:

1) Added possibility to work with inventory to open station hangar and ship hangar in citadels. This mode is default now.
If you want to disable it goto shared settings->error corrections->untick Use Inventory as Hangar
If you disable this mode, you should not work with citadels and edencome/trig stations till CCP fix hotkey functional
Report if you have problems with new code

2) Miner has new version of a fighter module to use with jamming NPC.
Jamming detection will use area search for jamming icon instead of fixed coordinate detection to improve stability of the code after future eve patches
