If you still have problem with module acivation redo first run. If problem persist, send two screen when module is active and when module is off
To make screen use alt+printscreen when eve window in focus, paste to paint, save as screen.bmp and screen2.bmp
Send both screens to with subject "log files" to pass spam filter
