Enhancement:

[Trader] Minimal sell price and maximal buy price changed to be decimal =>possibility to trade minerals and other items with lower price. Report in case of a problems. This improvement was tested using standard trader + real time editor

BugFixes:

-Fleet advert for corporation member if corporation is a member of ally
-Work with shared bookmark in looter fixed
-New formulas to generate buy/sell order lists for use with standard trader by means of market analyzer. Also report in case of problems.
