General:
- Added refining of the ore to station hangar or corp hangar
- Added statistics to the miner (working if refining enabled)
- Added autoupdate of the statistics based on the number of active clients.
- Changed delays in DTHP thread, now multiclient should work faster.

Bugs:
- Fixed problem with several clients starting in trial mode. 2 client had reduced working time (~15m)
- Fixed problem in miner which did not reset belt status after DT if traveling switched off.
- Fixed but not tested log off timer activation time calculation. Bug reported by Kylara.
- Added detection of "set quantity" box appearing when user tried to load cargo not fitting to cargohold.

Removed:
- A few obsolete functions related to statistics.
